Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time:
Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address, the order may be returned (RTO).
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. NEVEERA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Package
